Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all accounting functions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and other government filings.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide financial reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fully qualified CIMA or CA professional.
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
