Accounts Executive

About Us

We are a well-established group of hotels in Mount Lavinia & Negambo, offering our guests an exceptional hospitality experience. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team and contribute to the smooth operation of our group's accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare and process supplier payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external auditors as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • AAT qualification (fully or part-qualified).
  • Proven hands-on experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with excellent time management.
