Key Responsibilities
- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance management systems.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs for employee development.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover and performance levels.
- HR Information Systems (HRIS): Manage HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Design initiatives to boost morale and conduct exit interviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with a professional qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
