Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the inbound tours department.
- Coordinate and manage tour packages and itineraries.
- Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers and partners.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote inbound tours.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Monitor and analyze tour performance and customer feedback.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of inbound tourism trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
