Company Secretarial Service Assistant

About the Role

Join Accqua Global Services as a Company Secretarial Service Assistant. We are looking for a motivated individual to support our team in providing exceptional company secretarial services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage documentation for clients, banks, and government institutions.
  • Assist with filing returns and forms with government authorities.
  • Maintain proper records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Communicate and assist clients as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) effectively.
