Responsibilities
- Assist patients and their families with inquiries regarding services and treatments.
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications.
- Provide information on insurance and payment options.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
