Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries about courses, schedules, and pricing.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support marketing initiatives and promote upcoming courses and events.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
