Customer Service Executive - Sea Export Department (Night Shift | Remote)
Job Summary
As a key member of our team, the Executive - Sea Export Customer Service will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the shipping process. This role involves direct interaction with clients, carriers, agents, and internal teams to facilitate smooth and efficient freight movements while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Working Hours
- Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (8 hours per day)
- USA holidays will be observed as holidays
- Weekend work - on demand
- Required to report to Head Office twice a month during daytime for progress meetings
Candidate Profile
- Full/Part Qualification in Degree/Diploma related to Logistics
- Excellent communication, PR, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with working in Gensoft ERP system
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a similar scope
- Ability to work smoothly and effectively while maintaining a strong professional network
- Age below 30 years
