Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, check, and file company documentation accurately
- Handle data entry and maintain records
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation needs
- Assist with correspondence, emails, and filing
- Ensure timely completion of paperwork and reports
Requirements:
- GCE A/L or equivalent qualification
- Previous documentation or clerical work experience is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling)
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
