Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located at Export Processing Zone, Mirijjawila, Hambantota. We are looking for team-spirited, result-oriented individuals with passion and dynamism.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Study current ERP system, gather requirements, perform process mapping, gap analysis, and prepare project scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Evaluate SAP modules/custom developments, coordinate with consultants/vendors, and support system configuration, data migration, and UAT.
- Oversee milestones, deliverables, and resources while ensuring adherence to quality and timelines.
- Facilitate end-user training, knowledge transfer, and provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
- Monitor integrations, resolve interface issues, and maintain documentation of processes, customizations, and system changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Thorough knowledge in business processes of the manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience coordinating or managing SAP projects or modules.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process integration.
- Excellent project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions.
- Experience in change management and user training is a plus.
