Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations at the Gampaha branch to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor branch performance and report on key metrics to management.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote services in the Gampaha area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or operational role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis.
- Knowledge of the Gampaha area is a plus.
