Jo Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a multinational apparel exporter specializing in manufacturing ladies' fashion garments for reputed brands. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as an Executive Quality Controller.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality function throughout the manufacturing process, including mock-ups, samples, and testing.
- Monitor and follow up on the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and timely delivery.
- Maintain product quality to meet customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Develop teams to achieve proper production output and organizational development.
- Collaborate effectively with Technical, Development, and Production teams to ensure quality targets are met.
- Conduct in-line inspections to verify product quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the apparel industry.
- Strong time management, planning, organizing, leadership, and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of fabrics, color assessment, and testing.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- George Qualified.
