Responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory operations and ensure efficiency.
- Manage staff and coordinate production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery.
- Prepare reports on production metrics and performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Age between 30 - 50 years.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing machinery.
- GCE A/L qualification and above.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work long hours and flexible schedules.
- Possess a valid riding/driving license.
- Willingness to work in remote areas as needed.
- Retired forces officers are encouraged to apply.
