Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially driven with a track record of increasing sales and operational efficiency.
- Ability to foster a culture of service excellence.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Negombo.
