Group Operation Manager
What You Will Be Overlooking
- Conduct regular property visits to monitor operations, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
- Oversee property assets, ensuring timely maintenance, renovations, and upgrades across all hotels.
- Manage new projects and initiatives introduced under the W15 Collection as directed by senior management.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and develop staff, addressing escalated staff issues and building strong property teams.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance across properties, including budgets, P&L statements, cost control, and profitability.
- Drive improvements in service standards and operational processes to ensure brand consistency.
- Support Sales & Marketing teams in developing and executing promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with property teams to ensure successful execution of sales events, guest promotions, and brand activations.
- Work closely with the Events team to plan, manage, and deliver high-quality events across properties.
- Ensure compliance with all SOPs, health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management.

- Revenue growth through sales, marketing, and event support.
- Strong staff recruitment, training, and retention in coordination with HR.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8-10 years of progressive hospitality management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a group operations role.
- Proven ability to oversee operations, assets, and large-scale projects within hospitality.
- Experience collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams on promotions, digital campaigns, and event coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Ability to travel regularly and provide operational support across multiple properties.
