About the Role
Dots Bay House is seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our high-volume kitchen. You will create memorable dishes with a focus on international flavors, particularly from South and South-East Asia.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, memorable food in a high-volume kitchen.
- Develop creative international menus with a strong South & South-East Asian influence.
- Manage food costing, kitchen reporting, and ensure smooth back-of-house operations.
- Lead a large team with clear briefs, calm service, and great energy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Proven leadership in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- A passion for flavor and seasonality.
- Strong costing and reporting skills with solid kitchen management experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
