Cleanline Linen Management (Pvt) Ltd, established in 2017, is a leading player in the B2B laundry market. We have successfully expanded our offerings to include retail and linen rental services, supported by internationally recognized institutions such as IFC, DEG, and FMO through the Emerald Fund. Our operations include two sub-brands: Ananke and Cleanamatic.
Key Duties
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and manuals in line with company strategy and legal requirements.
- Lead and oversee the full HR function including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training & development.
- Oversee general administrative activities including office maintenance, security, and transport.
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and cost controls.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance, and leave systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws, EPF/ETF procedures, and practices.
