Our sub-brands, Ananke and Cleanamatic, further enhance our service offerings.
Key Duties
- Process company payroll and arrange statutory payments on time.
- Administer recruitment selection processes, including employee orientation.
- Organize training sessions for employees to ensure they are fully equipped to perform their duties.
- Assist in monthly and annual HR budget preparation and daily tracking.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of key result areas of HRM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of HR best practices.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
