HR Interns | Students - Colombo 06

Join Monik Group, a fully owned Sri Lankan company and a well-established business conglomerate, as we seek highly motivated and proactive school leavers and university students for our HR Internship program. This paid internship lasts for 3 months and offers exposure to a full spectrum of HR functions while supporting our upcoming HR Transformation Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data collection and preparation of headcount reports.
  • Support in creating organizational charts.
  • Document one-on-one leadership discussions.
  • Provide administrative support for HR audits and policy implementation.
  • Contribute to project reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate student in HR, Business Management, or related field.
  • Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork ability.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to company locations.
