Key Responsibilities:
- Support SAP ERP and other application programs
- Provide technical support for IT and Digital systems issues
- Handle hardware, network, CCTV, WAN/VPN, and external connectivity troubleshooting
- Ensure regular data backups, IT asset tracking, and data integrity
- Coordinate with vendors for IT services, hardware/software acquisition, and license management
- Maintain IT security, compliance, and business continuity plans
- Support IT projects and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Handle IT Projects and other assigned IT-related tasks
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field
- 2+ years' experience in an IT support/technical role (manufacturing environment experience is an advantage)
- Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems preferred, along with networking, hardware troubleshooting, and IT security practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with users and vendors
