Responsibilities
- Assist in managing kitchen operations and staff.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the head chef on menu planning and inventory management.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor food costs and assist in maintaining budgets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
