Job Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth production flow in a state-of-the-art fully automated detergent powder manufacturing and packing plant.
- Supervise and coordinate shift operations to meet production targets.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Manage and train shift staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Report on production performance and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
- ND/NDES/HNDE or equivalent qualifications in Production/Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-qualifying experience in a similar field within recognized establishments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Age below 40 years.
