Universal College Lanka (UCL) is dedicated to providing high-quality education and student support services. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager or Assistant Manager to join our Academic Administration and Student Support team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee academic administration processes, ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
- Manage student support services, including counseling, academic advising, and career services.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to enhance the academic experience for students.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to academic performance and student services.
- Organize workshops and training sessions for staff and students.
- Act as a liaison between students and academic departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic administration or student support.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and student management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.

Salary
