Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of boutique hotels to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage staff, providing training and support to enhance service quality.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote boutique offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a star class hotel or luxury villa is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in operational management and customer service.
