Join Abans Service as a Manager for our Customer Service Center in Kurana. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Customer Service Center.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement enhancements to service delivery.
- Prepare reports on customer service metrics and present to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
