Responsibilities
- Implement annual preventive maintenance plans to meet operational goals.
- Maintain energy efficiency standards consistently.
- Collaborate with SHE and related departments for a safe work environment.
- Provide expertise on machinery upgrades to boost efficiency and adopt new technologies.
- Manage subcontracted maintenance, prepare MIS reports, and develop the team through training.
- Support product introductions by working with R&D, QA, and maintenance to prevent issues with products and tooling.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).
- Master's Degree (preferred).
- More than 10 years of experience in the manufacturing field.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Must be a team player who is well organized and detail-oriented.
