Key Responsibilities
- Attain designated team and individual volume targets within the stipulated time frame for the year.
- Execute all supervisory responsibilities with 100% accuracy in accordance with established guidelines.
- Develop and present innovative marketing and promotional strategies to expand the company's investment portfolio.
- Maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints.
- Ensure optimal staffing levels at branches and effectively manage the assigned workforce.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 7 years in the banking or financial services sector, with proven expertise in deposit mobilization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing, or a recognized professional qualification (CIM, SLIM, CIMA).
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong knowledge of prevailing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- A collaborative leader who works effectively towards shared organizational objectives.
