Key Responsibilities

  • Attain designated team and individual volume targets within the stipulated time frame for the year.
  • Execute all supervisory responsibilities with 100% accuracy in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Develop and present innovative marketing and promotional strategies to expand the company's investment portfolio.
  • Maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints.
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels at branches and effectively manage the assigned workforce.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years in the banking or financial services sector, with proven expertise in deposit mobilization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing, or a recognized professional qualification (CIM, SLIM, CIMA).
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of prevailing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • A collaborative leader who works effectively towards shared organizational objectives.
