Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitments, employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR systems.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely reporting.
- Lead the HR Operations team, guiding daily activities and supporting team members.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally to promote a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision making.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- A Master's Degree or professional HR qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR operations, preferably in financial services or a corporate environment with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws, HR policies, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing payroll systems and HRIS.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
