Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional qualification in Marketing/Sales from a recognized university.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in the field.
- Real Estate industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Age below 35 years preferred.
- Must be able to work on weekends.
Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales manager in developing sales strategies.
- Assist in managing customer relationships and service.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification in Marketing/Sales with a minimum of three (3) years of experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage.
- Real Estate industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
- Age below 30 years preferred.
- Must be able to work on weekends.
Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads.
Requirements:
- GCE A/L & GCE O/L with at least 05 credit passes.
- Professional qualification in Marketing/Sales with a minimum of two (2) years of experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Age between 25-30 years preferred.
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving targets.
- Must be able to work on weekends.
