Manager - Sales & Marketing

Location: Battaramulla

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional qualification in Marketing/Sales from a recognized university.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in the field.
  • Real Estate industry experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
  • Age below 35 years preferred.
  • Must be able to work on weekends.

Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales manager in developing sales strategies.
  • Assist in managing customer relationships and service.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in Marketing/Sales with a minimum of three (3) years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage.
  • Real Estate industry experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
  • Age below 30 years preferred.
  • Must be able to work on weekends.

Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads.

Requirements:

  • GCE A/L & GCE O/L with at least 05 credit passes.
  • Professional qualification in Marketing/Sales with a minimum of two (2) years of experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Age between 25-30 years preferred.
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving targets.
  • Must be able to work on weekends.
