Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the entire operation of the company through effective project planning and staff allocation.
- Work closely with top management to formulate and implement strategies, standards, and targets to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality safety standards; identify problems and develop corrective plans.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets by formulating marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Assess and analyze company budgets to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
- Engage and develop strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- A Degree from a recognized university in Business, Management, Administration, or Commerce.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience.
- MBA or a management-related postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
- A team player with a pleasing personality, good work ethics, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
