Production Executive
About Us
Sola Chemical Company is a dynamic organization dedicated to manufacturing high-quality chemical products for both local and international markets. We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Production Executive to lead our production operations.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize the entire production process, from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring efficiency, output targets, and high quality standards are consistently met.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Manage, train, and mentor the production team, promoting a culture of accountability and safety to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with other departments to meet business goals.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, budgets, and future forecasts to senior management.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Chemistry, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a management role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
