Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan & oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate & communicate with stakeholders and relevant parties to ensure smooth project flow.
- Manage budgets, resources & schedules to ensure project targets are met within budget.
- Lead & motivate project teams to ensure effective collaboration and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations & quality requirements.
- Identify & mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Approve drawings, method statements & relevant documents before issuing to site.
- Report progress to senior management.
- Approve payments after quality inspection & target achievement within the given time period.
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience.
