About Us
Vajira House is a pioneer in the house construction industry, with over 109 years of experience and spanning five generations. We are looking for motivated candidates to join our head office team in Colombo 03 (no site work involved).
Responsibilities
- Manage costs from design to completion of housing projects.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare work schedules and reports.
- Ensure strong attention to detail in pre- and post-costing work.
Requirements
- NCT or Diploma (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying.
- Below 35 years of age with a minimum of 3 years' experience in house construction.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail in costing work.
- Experience as a Draughtsman in house construction is an added advantage.
Benefits
- Salary: Rs 60,000
- Permanent position with EPF & ETF.
