Responsibilities

- Handle reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide information about the resort and local attractions.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
