- Greet and assist guests professionally
- Handle check-ins & check-outs
- Manage reservations accurately
- Provide information on hotel services & local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
- Professional appearance & attitude
- Flexibility for shifts, weekends & holidays
- Knowledge of booking systems
- Opera experience preferred
