Sales Executive - Field Sales
Elees Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is a newly established fashion & accessories company seeking result-oriented Sales Executives to join our sales team and build our national dealer network from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and onboard an island-wide dealer network.
- Achieve monthly sell-in/sell-out targets with smart territory planning.
- Prospect, pitch, and close new dealers; nurture ongoing partner relationships.
- Execute displays/merchandising and launch promotions at dealer level.
- Track pipeline and provide market/competitor insights to management.
Requirements
- Age - below 35 years.
- Education - Minimum GCE O/L qualification.
- Minimum 1 year proven sales experience (consumer goods/electronics/fashion preferred).
- Demonstrated success in appointing new dealers and building a dealer network.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
- Valid riding/driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ethical, energetic, and self-motivated with a builder's mindset.
- Established relationship network with fashion retailers/dealers is a definite advantage.
