Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Drive advertisement revenue through active sales efforts.
- Forecast sales performance and adjust strategies to meet evolving market demands.
- Coordinate sales with clients and ensure top-notch service.
- Enhance advertising revenue by engaging clients and leveraging feedback to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for marketing.
- Willing to travel for meetings and client visits.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
- Female, below 35 years of age.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
