Your Role Will Involve:
- Assisting in reaching sales goals, managing field expenses, and supporting tender processes.
- Handling customer registrations, outstanding follow-ups, and preparing sales reports.
- Maintaining and updating sales records, tracking sales progress, and organizing inspection trips.
- Coordinating interdepartmental correspondence and updating sales materials.
- Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management.
- Supporting management decisions and enhancing team collaboration based on business priorities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Marketing/Management or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales Administration, preferably in the pharma or FMCG industry.
- Good understanding of ERP systems will be a plus point.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of CRM programs is an advantage.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
