Responsibilities
- Responsible for workshop budget, plant utilization, and technicians' productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction (Maintain CSI).
- Assess employee performance and identify training and development needs.
- Ensure a safe working environment by maintaining the highest health and safety standards.
- Responsible for all aspects of the workshop and related operations.
- Implement the best managerial and engineering practices for the workshop.
- Responsible for debtor management and housekeeping of the workshop.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the automotive industry.
- A degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering with 3-5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Age between 27 - 40 years.
- Sound knowledge of English and Sinhala languages.
