Responsibilities
- Assist in managing kitchen operations and staff.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Collaborate with the head chef on menu development.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-end kitchens (7+ for Sous Chef).
- Strong skills in European, Asian, or modern fusion cuisine.
- Professional, structured, and results-focused.
- Overseas experience preferred.
