Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in planning, preparing, and presenting high-quality dishes.

- Manage kitchen inventory and control food costs effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a star-class hotel.
- Strong knowledge of both local and international cuisines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Professional culinary qualifications will be an advantage.
