Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the Front Office team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the entire clinic premises, including facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinate with various departments to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Handle client escalations professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and service standards within the team.

Requirements:

  • Male candidates only.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service industries.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
