Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical consultations with potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfilment.
  • Troubleshoot production-related customer concerns using your manufacturing background.
  • Bridge communication between customers and production teams.
  • Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated to manufacturing departments.

We Are Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, science, or related field.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or account management.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in textile production, manufacturing, or Quality control.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of textile processes, including weaving, dyeing, finishing, or garment production.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of textile materials, fabric properties, and production processes.
  • Understanding of quality standards and testing procedures.
  • Familiarity with textile machinery and production workflows.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
