Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Prepare and mix drinks as per customer requests (Bartenders).
- Greet and seat guests, managing reservations and waitlists (Hostess).
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle payments and manage cash registers accurately.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
