Responsibilities
- For Academic Coordinator:
- Oversee academic programs and curriculum development.
- Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure quality education.
- Plan and implement educational activities.
- For Montessori Teachers:
- Manage classroom activities and student engagement.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to individual learning needs.
- Foster a positive and creative learning environment.
Qualifications
- Academic Coordinator:
- Degree / HND in Early Childhood.
- Responsible with good planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Montessori Teachers:
- Diploma / NVQ in Preschool.
- GCE O/L (Passes in Math, English, Sinhala).
- A/L - 3 Passes.
- Creative and friendly personality.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- Proficiency in English.
