Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design:
- Design marketing materials: banners, flyers, social media posts, and email templates.
- Create branded assets aligned with each company's visual identity.
- Produce print-ready artwork for campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and formats.
- Video Editing:
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content.
- Create engaging reels, advertisements, and promotional videos.
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and sound design.
- Manage video assets and organize media libraries.
- Social Media & Digital Content:
- Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign briefs.
- Repurpose content across different formats and channels.
- Stay current with design trends and platform specifications.
Requirements
- Software Skills:
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
- After Effects or CapCut for motion graphics and animation.
- Canva for rapid content creation.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years in graphic design and/or video editing.
- A strong online portfolio showcasing creative work is required.
- Experience in a multi-brand or agency environment is preferred.
- High-volume content production experience is a plus.
- English Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Age: Below 35 years.
