We are building an innovative online learning platform to support Sri Lankan students preparing for the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination (A/L). We are looking for experienced and passionate individuals to join our team in developing high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) for accuracy, syllabus alignment, and academic rigor.
- Verify answer keys and explanations for correctness and clarity.
- Ensure consistency of question style, difficulty level, and formatting.
- Provide constructive feedback to subject teachers to improve content quality.
- Approve final content for publication on the platform.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant subject area (postgraduate teaching/research experience is an added advantage).
- Extensive familiarity with the Sri Lankan G.C.E. Advanced Level syllabus and assessment standards.
- Proven experience in academic reviewing, content validation, or examination paper setting/paper correction.
- Strong analytical, editorial, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
