A newly established boutique hotel in Beragala, Haputale, is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel accounting and financial management.
- Conduct revenue management and night audits.
- Oversee F&B cost control and guest ledger management.
- Handle payroll, supplier payments, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and reports.
- Utilize accounting software effectively.
- Work independently and under pressure in a hospitality environment.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in hotel accounting or financial management (mandatory).
- Thorough knowledge of hotel accounting practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software; knowledge of hotel-specific systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Part/Full qualification in AAT, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred.
