The Job Role
- Manage full spectrum of accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Prepare monthly Management Accounts and Annual Financial statements and management reports in a timely manner.
- Monitor finance department's daily transactions, monthly reconciliations, and ensure timely month-end closure.
- Coordinate with external auditors and complete the annual audit process.
- Arrange timely tax payments and submit returns (VAT/SVAT/SSCL/APIT).
- Prepare Ad-Hoc reports as needed.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Full or Part Qualified CA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting and auditing in a similar capacity.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with taxation, financial regulations, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems.
- Age below 35 years.
