Accounts Assistant | Receptionist cum Cashier

Join the Chaarya Resort & Spa team and be part of something extraordinary! We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Accounts Assistant | Receptionist cum Cashier to support our newly opened hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for financial reporting.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in basic accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
